State Assessment Services is a standalone program funded by Oklahoma Human Services and managed by Carl Albert State College. With customer satisfaction as a top priority, the sole purpose of the program is to accurately determine each client’s personal capabilities and potential challenges so that they may reach and sustain economic self-sufficiency.
CASC State Assessment Services utilizes the results of the above assessments in order to match clients with appropriate TANF programs.
