State Assessment Services (SAS) provides quality educational and job readiness assessments to

Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) clients throughout the state of Oklahoma. These surveys, assessments and evaluations include:

• Substance Abuse Subtle Screening Inventory
• Follow Up Oral Swab if Indicated
• Vera Vision Screening
• CASAS Locator and Goals
• COPSystem
• Woodcock Johnson IV
• Self-Advocacy Services

Through these tools, SAS helps each person map their own path to success with the goal to sustain economic self-sufficiency in the future.

SAS is a program funded by the Oklahoma Department of Human Services and managed by Carl Albert State College.
